Message from the Desk of the International Chief of Anti Crime Bureau (Regd.)

Greetings to everyone, I am Baldev Singh Rathor, Founder and International Chief of the Anti Crime Bureau (Regd.). With immense pride and gratitude, I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks to all our team members and supporters who have stood by us in our journey of creating a safer and better society. Allow me to share my story and the vision of our esteemed organization. About Myself Born and raised with values of service and dedication, I embarked on my professional journey by joining the Indian Army. Serving my nation in the Armed Forces has been a matter of immense honor and pride for me. Throughout my military career, I had the privilege of traveling across India, understanding the diverse challenges faced by our people, and contributing to the nation’s safety and well-being. After retiring from the Indian Army, I channeled my energy and passion into serving society as a social worker, a path I have been pursuing since 2003. Over the past two decades, I have devoted my life to various social initiatives aimed at empowering individuals and uplifting communities. Social work has been more than a duty; it is my lifelong passion and hobby, driving me to work tirelessly for the welfare of others. I come from a family deeply rooted in service and values. My father worked with Netaji Subhash Chander Bose and was a Freedom Fighter, a legacy that inspires me to this day. I am blessed with a wonderful family: my wife, a dedicated homemaker, has been my pillar of support. We have three children who make me immensely proud. My son is a social worker and the Director of Rioboss Private Limited Company, while one of my daughters serves as a Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate First Class. My other daughter, an MA B.Ed graduate, is pursuing her own meaningful endeavors. I am also the Managing Director of Rioboss Private Limited Company and a Live Coach of Digital Marketing. In addition to my social work, I am also the Founder of Ruhani Sach Naam Satsang, where I provide spiritual education through live and offline Satsangs. This platform enables individuals to connect with their spiritual selves and embrace values that promote peace and harmony. My Social Contributions
Empowering Women Empowering women has been at the heart of my social work. Recognizing the importance of self-reliance, I took the initiative to train over 10,000 girls in skills such as tailoring, cutting, and beautician work. These girls, once limited by circumstances, are now self-sufficient and thriving. Seeing them achieve financial independence and contribute to their families’ well-being fills me with immense pride and satisfaction. Health and Well-Being Health is a cornerstone of a thriving society. Over the years, I have organized numerous blood donation camps, encouraging people to step forward and save lives. These camps not only address the critical need for blood but also foster a spirit of community and selflessness among participants. Awareness Campaigns Awareness is the key to prevention. I have spearheaded multiple legal awareness and anti-drug campaigns, educating the public about their rights and the dangers of substance abuse. These initiatives have reached countless individuals, particularly the youth, steering them away from harmful paths and guiding them toward a brighter future. Sports and Youth Development As a National Sportsman in Cross Country, I deeply understand the role of sports in shaping character and discipline. I have actively supported and encouraged sports activities, fostering talent and promoting physical fitness among the youth. Sports, for me, is not just a game but a powerful tool for community building and personal growth. Judicial Support and Justice My tenure as an ex-Lok Adalat member with the District and Sessions Court Amritsar allowed me to contribute to the judicial system. Through Lok Adalats, I have played a role in resolving disputes amicably and ensuring justice for the underprivileged. This experience has further deepened my commitment to upholding the law and promoting social harmony. The Vision and Mission of the Anti Crime Bureau (Regd.) The Anti Crime Bureau (Regd.) was established with the vision of creating a crime-free society where justice prevails, and every individual can live with dignity and security. Our mission is to: Prevent crime through awareness and education. Support victims of crime and ensure they receive justice. Empower communities to take proactive measures against criminal activities. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to strengthen the fight against crime. Promote social welfare initiatives that address the root causes of crime, such as poverty, lack of education, and unemployment. Our Dedicated Teams The success of the Anti Crime Bureau (Regd.) is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our teams, both in India and abroad. Each member of our organization is committed to the cause and works tirelessly to achieve our goals. Together, we have built a network of passionate individuals who are united by a common purpose: to make a difference in the lives of others. 24/7 Commitment to Service For me, social work is not confined to specific hours or days. I believe in being available 24/7 to assist those in need. Whether it is providing immediate support to a distressed individual or addressing a community issue, I am always ready to help. This unwavering commitment is the cornerstone of my work and the ethos of the Anti Crime Bureau (Regd.). Message to the Youth and Society To the youth, I say: you are the future of our nation. Channel your energy and talents toward constructive endeavors. Embrace education, stay away from drugs, and contribute to building a better society. Remember, even small acts of kindness can create a ripple effect and bring about significant change. To society at large, I urge everyone to come together and support initiatives that promote justice, equality, and well-being. Collective effort is the key to addressing social challenges and creating a brighter future for generations to come.
